Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Daugherty Lofts website at daughertylofts.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Purpose of This Site

This Site provides general information about Daugherty Lofts, an income-restricted residential community in Clinton, Tennessee, operated under federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program rules. The Site is operated by D&K Property Management.

No Application or Lease Created by Use

Submitting a waiting-list reservation, completing the eligibility tool, or any other use of this Site does not create a lease, tenancy, application acceptance, or guarantee of housing. Final eligibility, application acceptance, and lease execution occur only through our written application and screening process.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep information on the Site current, including rents, income limits, and unit availability. However, all information is subject to change without notice. Income limits, rents, and program rules are set by federal and state agencies and adjusted periodically. Always confirm details with our leasing office before relying on them.

Fair Housing

Daugherty Lofts is operated in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws, including the federal Fair Housing Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected class. We accept Housing Choice (Section 8) vouchers.

Reasonable Accommodations

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, renderings, logos, and design — is owned by D&K Property Management or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Site content without written permission.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those sites.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D&K Property Management and Daugherty Lofts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
